Starting week three of Shakeology. I have been drinking for two weeks straight, trying different recipes and options for drinking it. I still prefer blended but consistency more like a milkshake. I have added a peeled/cored apple to 12oz of water and 6 ice cubes, perfect !
I noticed something dramatic too – I have lost some lbs!! I think about 4-5. I am finally under 160, it’s been about 3 yrs? Just before I got prego with my 2 yr old. If feels good but still have more work to do.
I have started ‘working out’ again. Walking actually, on the treadmill, that is my favorite thing to do. I can listen to my music while in the basement at night. 40 minutes last night, multiple inclines, avg speed of 3mph for 2 miles !
I bought some shapeups over the weekend. I am not sure what they will do for me but needed new sneaks and wanted to try them out. I have not noticed any hurting in strange places yet. Would love if it helps my posture and constant back pain but that is another day.
So far lots of people are interested just need to get some peeps on board and hooked like me !
