If I could write a book, this would be it! This book was a great read for me to revisit the months leading up to my first 5k in 2011. It also is a good reminder about warming up, consistency, injuries and nutrition. Very well done. I highly recommend getting a copy of this book, no matter what stage you are in your running career.
